Karina leads KPMG’s Strategy practice in Australia. KPMG Strategy works with clients across the Corporate, Government, Energy and Natural Resources and Financial Services Sectors, who are value architects, focused on helping clients respond to rapidly evolving markets, innovation, regulation, new consumer trends and technologies disrupting their business models with increasing speed and impact. She works alongside her clients to help meet this challenge: to create a smarter vision and to help them put that vision into practice.With over 20 years of experience in Professional Services and Consulting, she has successfully established and led multiple consulting practices for leading professional services organisations, and has worked with global, national and local clients to both design and deliver transformation programs. She has a background in innovation, technology and transformation, and working with clients to identify and realise value across their business and operating models.Karina is also the KPMG Asia Pacific Lead for ELEVATE – KPMG’s proprietary approach to value creation, where she works across industry to help identify and unlock value quickly across growth, cost, margin and strategic growth value levers.

Professor Andrew Griffiths is Executive Dean of The University of Queensland’s Faculty of Business, Economics and Law. Prior to his appointment as Executive Dean in December 2016, Professor Griffiths was Dean of the UQ Business School – a world leader in business and management learning, teaching and research – from 2012 to 2016. He was also previously Chair in Business Sustainability and Strategy at the School.Professor Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in politics from Griffith University, and a PhD in strategy from the University of New South Wales.He is an internationally recognised scholar and maintains an active research program, examining how organisations deal with the impacts of climate change, and how executives and employees can transform organisations to better manage sustainability issues.During his career, he has published more than 100 academic articles, books, book chapters and conference papers on a range of topics relating to corporate sustainability strategy and climate change.As an advocate for research and industry partnerships, Professor Griffiths has worked extensively with local and global organisations to apply new knowledge and deliver sustainability assessments, strategies and workshops.

Previously, he held the position of Queensland Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia. Christopher has more than two decades of experience in member-based advocacy organisations and government relations across multiple industries. Importantly, he also has an exceptional understanding of government regulation and has been influential on numerous state and local government advisory boards. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and a Bachelor of Economics and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Shane has 60,000 personal followers on the LinkedIn social media platform and is the author of Worknado – Reimagining the way you work to live. He has a particular interest in the major forces of change reshaping the way humans live and work.

As the principal of Fuschia Consulting she has produced corporate charity events such as the Brisbane Big City Barbecue for eight years. Nicole has also been an Ambassador of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust since 2010.Nicole is a “people person” and is passionate about using her varied skill set to helping people and making a difference to QFI.
