Launch of the NextGen Finance Network
The NextGen Finance Network is an initiative designed to strengthen Queensland’s financial services talent pipeline by connecting high-potential early-career professionals with leading financial institutions, employers, and industry leaders.
The program will deliver a curated series of networking and learning events and cross-firm engagement designed to:
- Develop emerging finance professionals
- Strengthen industry collaboration
- Enhance employer brand visibility
- Support recruitment and retention outcomes
- Position QFI as the convening body for the future of financial services leadership
