As an experienced business transformation leader, Kylie’s experience spans a variety of industries including IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services, manufacturing, and legal services.

Kylie has specialist skills in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, technology, people, culture and change management. An expert in culture mapping, Kylie has conducted the due diligence and led the integration of over 25 acquisitions globally.

Kylie is a keen philanthropist and has worked closely with The Smith Family in the capacity of “Leader of Corporate Champions”. She is also the Ambassador for the Rainbow House Iligan orphanage in the Philippines and has previously served as the Australian Ambassador for Willow International, a global anti trafficking organisation. Kylie is currently Interim Chief Executive Officer at RSPCA Queensland and a Steering Board Member for the Social Value Leadership Group of WCIT in London.
