State Councillors' Briefing October, 2024

State Councillors’ Briefings are QFI member only events. 

The briefings focus on a particular topic, project or initiative. We have a guest speaker who is a Queensland Leader from industry, academia, charity or government. We also have a research organisation provide an update on the current issues impacting Queenslanders and is followed by a report which is sent to members.

Cem Ozenc, Corporate Vice President and General Manager Oceania, Novo Nordisk.

Novo Nordisk is the largest pharmaceutical company in Denmark. Novo Nordisk's market capitalization exceeded the GDP of Denmark's domestic economy in 2023, and it is the highest valued company in Europe.  

Jon Berry, Associate Director - Australia Geopolitics Hub, KPMG will provide an overview of the report, "Top Risks to Australian Business 2024-25.
