Adaptive and Inclusive Strategies for Collaborative Change

In today’s dynamic and interconnected world, organisations (public, private and for-purpose) require leaders who can develop strategies that swiftly adapt to the demands of constantly changing environments. Such leaders must employ inclusive, open strategy development processes to engage a diverse range of stakeholders in both the strategy-making and implementation phases. Effective communication is crucial in establishing the environment needed for successful adaptation. This course is part of the Executive Public Sector-Industry Program.
