The Executive Public Sector-Industry Program has been developed with the University of Queensland, to bring these sectors together to support change. This program includes a suite of short courses designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of the interests and drivers of each sector to negotiate more effectively and achieve greater outcomes.

Such leaders must employ inclusive, open strategy development processes to engage a diverse range of stakeholders in both the strategy-making and implementation phases. Effective communication is crucial in establishing the environment needed for successful adaptation. This course is part of the Executive Public Sector-Industry Program.
