Gail is a Non-Executive Director (NED), with over 28 years’ experience as a lawyer in the property and government sectors. Before her recent retirement from private practice, she was a partner at leading law firm Gadens, where she was a trusted advisor on key infrastructure and city shaping projects, having worked with a diverse range of stakeholders including government, listed and unlisted companies, SME’s and not-for-profits.
She is currently serving on three Boards as a NED - Economic Development Queensland, the Queensland Government’s land use planning and property development agency, where she is a member of its Audit, Risk and Performance Committee and People and Culture Committee, Multicap Limited, a large not-for-profit organisation that provides disability services with a particular focus on complex needs support and where she is also a member of the Risk and Quality Committee, and at Arbourwell Limited, a subsidiary of Multicap Limited, which provides housing and tenancy support for people accessing disability or mental health services. Gail is also a recent former member of the Queensland Division Council of the Property Council of Australia.
